Push Your Training To The Limit
The Fitbit Surge is a great watch that will do more than a normal watch can do, way more. If you like to run, it has GPS tracking that will track your pace, distance, time and elevation climbed so you know every detail about your workout.
It has a continuous built in heart rate monitor, so unlike many other fitness watches you don’t have to buy one that is sold separately. That’s a plus because separate heart rate monitors can range around $50, that’s money that can go to something else.
My favorite thing about this watch is that it’s touchscreen. It’s easy to navigate and it has a really sleek design so you don’t have a bulky watch on your wrist when you workout.
The Fitbit Surge has an activity tracker that will track everything from all the calories you burned throughout your day, tracks how long and how good you sleep throughout the night and you can set a silent, vibrating alarm.
The Fitbit Surge does have a stopwatch. I’ve also taken mine swimming by accident and its safe to say that it is waterproof. Mine came out just fine!
I suggest if you like diving or anything of the sort don’t take this watch on that adventure because the pressure will break your watch.
The great befit that the Surge has is that it gives me call and text notifications. When I’m driving I don’t have to look at my phone, I just get the notification of the text or call details on my watch.
When I’m in meetings at work and someone calls my phone, I can distinguish if the call is an important call by just looking at my watch. I don’t have to pull out my phone in front of everyone to see who’s calling or texting.
Also if you are connected with your phone using bluetooth, you are able to control your music. So if you are working out and your phone is hooked up to a speaker and you don’t like the song playing you can just change it through your watch, you don’t have to get up and change it.
That’s one of the things I didn’t like when I was working out was a non motivating song coming on. I could be midway through a workout and Britney Spears comes on then I have to get up and change it so people don’t know what I listen to on my time off.
If you get tired of how the face of your fitbit looks you can buy vinyl decal protective skins. Makes your watch look Fancy.
With the Fitbit Surge it saves me the time from getting up and I can change my songs without taking a step.
I hope my review helped you in any way and I personally recommend the Fitbit Surge. You won’t regret it!
