The Garmin Tactix is waterproof up to 50 meters. It is a rechargeable and comes with a Lithium Ion battery and lasts up to 50 hours in GPS mode, 3 weeks in sensor mode, and 5 weeks in watch mode. The watch does come with a USB wall charger.
You are able to set 1,000 waypoints, 10,000 track points and TracBack capabilities. It has ANT+ capabilities and bluetooth to wirelessly connect and share tracks, waypoints, and routes with other compatible Garmin devices or smartphones.
